Richland County Transportation is Here to Keep You Moving!
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, RCTS isn't slowing down. Aside from increased sanitation and precautionary measures, the buses have remained (and will remain) open to the public. Public transit workers across the country are dedicated to being the link between passengers and their jobs during this crucial time.
Richland County Transportation Service
"Let Us Move You"
Welcome to Richland County Transportation Service! I want to thank you for taking the time to learn more about Richland County's ONLY public transit agency. We welcome passengers of ALL ages and for all destinations within our service area. RCTS is happy to serve all of Richland County's major towns/cities (Sidney, Fairview, Lambert, Savage) at least one time each week.
RCTS has 9 vehicles. All vehicles are ADA accessible and many have special features to accommodate a range of passengers. With everything from integrated car seats to bicycle racks, RCTS strives to make our service work for everyone.
We want to make using RCTS as easy as possible. Simply call 433-RIDE (7433) and tell us when and where you would like to go. Calling by 4 pm the business day prior to your ride will give you the greatest chance of securing your desired time and will allow you to ride at a substantially cheaper rate.
Please take a moment to sign up in the Alert Center and Calendar section to the right. In doing so, weather related delays, cancellations and other important events will be e-mailed to you as they occur. "Like" our Facebook page, too, and you will never miss anything going on at RCTS.
If there is anything I can do to make your experience with RCTS more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to let me know. I am available in the office weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm and available by e-mail 24 hours per day. We hope that you will find RCTS to be a safe and convenient mode of travel for you and your family.
